Westfield Easy Pay 

Set it and forget it! With Westfield Easy Pay, handling your insurance bill is a breeze. Simply log in to your MyWestfield® account, click on “billing,” and follow the prompts to link your checking or savings account. Once set up, your bill will be paid automatically on time, every time — giving you peace of mind and one less task to worry about. Plus, you can start or stop recurring payments anytime.

We offer a variety of payment schedules, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual, along with several payment methods. Find the option that works best for you:

Mail

Send a check with your billing stub to Westfield Insurance, PO Box 9001566, Louisville, KY 40290-1566. 

Overnight

Send a check with your billing stub to Westfield Insurance, 6716 Grade Lane, Building 9, Suite 910, Louisville, KY 40213.

Understanding Your Bill

Depending on your policy, your bill will appear in one of two formats. Review the sample bills below and select the one that matches your bill for detailed explanations of important features:

Version 1

MyWestfield Online Insurance Portal

Get your policy information your way and on your time. With MyWestfield, you gain 24/7 access to payments, policy documents, claims status, and more. And signing up is easy — all you need is your driver’s license and a recent bill or policy declarations page. Learn more about the benefits of a MyWestfield account.

Payments may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you still don’t see your payment after 24 hours, please call us at 800.243.0210, option 2. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.

Online payments, including Westfield Easy Pay recurring payments, may take up to 24 hours to process. To view your scheduled payment date, check the billing section of your MyWestfield account. 

Pay your bill as soon as possible using one of our convenient payment options. To avoid missing payments in the future, consider signing up for Westfield Easy Pay recurring payments.

The amount due can be impacted when changes are made to your policy, or a fee is incurred.

Westfield charges up to a $30 late fee if an outstanding bill is not paid by the due date and a direct notice of cancellation has been issued. To avoid late fees, consider enrolling in Westfield Easy Pay recurring payments through your MyWestfield account.

Yes, if your payment is returned unpaid for any reason, Westfield may apply a returned payment fee to your account. The fee can be up to $25, depending on your state.

Depending on your payment plan, you may incur a billing installment fee:

  • Annual: no installment fee
  • Semi-annual: no installment fee
  • Quarterly: $6 per bill
  • Monthly: $6 per bill

If you have more than one policy with Westfield, you can combine them into a single billing account to avoid multiple fees. Additionally, enrolling in Westfield Easy Pay recurring payments may help you avoid installment fees, depending on your policy type.

To set up billing alerts, enroll in Pay by Text in your MyWestfield account. This enables text notifications, so you’ll receive reminders and can even make payments directly from your phone. 

A premium audit is completed after the end of a policy period to determine the final premium for your commercial insurance provided by Westfield. An audit doesn’t always mean a higher premium. There are a variety of scenarios that could result in a reduction of premium and money back in your pocket.
